At Waverley through our commercial development plan, we have about 125,000 sq.ft of net commercial space available. The space will be adaptable to suit a variety of different retail and commercial businesses with differing space requirements.  Currently we are planning to offer standard individual space of 1,000 sq.ft per business. We are also setting up business concepts that should qualify visa applications and produce income from day one. Each business unit will come with a dedicated business advisor who will be a specialist in that business area. Such as Property Management, Pool Care, Lawn Care, Retail Outlets, Gas stations, Hotel/Motels, Solar energy company - to ride the green campaign, general maintenance and other business units planned in the future. As this is a rapidly growing area with many thousands of homes planned with a high demand for local businesses such as the ones outlined above.
