Waverley Grove consists of 250 Town Homes and 25 Villa. Each Resorts Town Home Design is being developed in 5 phases, of 55 homes per phase. We are now releasing the first 37 Homes to our "Early Bird" Customers which truly can purchase on this development at it's absolute cheapest price. Known as "Off Plan" purchases. Initially we have 3 model homes available, the Town Home (which is a two storey design) and two single family residence, the first being the single storey Villa and finally we have the two storey Villa.

Waverley lies half a mile south of the Ronald Regan Parkway and US17-92 junction - the area known as Loughman. At the Western end at the junction with US27 a new large mall on the scale of the Florida Mall is planned, with a 12 screen cinema. At the Loughman end the plan is for a Small Town scale development.
