The terms and conditions are laid out very clearly in the sales contract, and will be full explained to you in accordance to Florida State Law.
We give approximate dates of construction, but these dates are not fixed
dates and we will send you 4 weeks prior to closing exact dates for closing.
It is vital that you contact us when you receive this letter, if you have
any problems with meeting these dates, as the builder reserves the right
to charge a daily late closing fee. It is always advised to keep in regular
contact via your realtor or direct with us, so that all parties are kept
informed.
We also have the right to withdraw any offer that has been advertised
without notice.
Only one promotional offer is valid at a time.
Prices are subject to change, without notice. But once deposits and contracts
signed then we are bound by the terms of the contract.
